LENA at ISGT LA 2019
On September 15-18 the Innovative Smart Grid Technologies Conference Latin America (ISGT LA) 2019 took place in Gramado, Brasilien. The ISGT LA is part of a worldwide conference series of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES). This year’s focus was about the opportunities and challenges in Smart Grids and Microgrids in Latin America.

Am Montag, den 15.07.2019, waren 12 ukrainische Studierende mit Herrn Kühne und Herrn Gebhardt im Umspannwerk in Wolmirstedt und besichtigten die dortige Primärtechnik.
PESS-Conference 2019 in Magdeburg
From July 9th to 11th, the 20th Power and Energy Student Summit (PESS) took place in the Lukasklause (Magdeburg). More than 50 participants took part in the scientific exchange near the river Elbe. Numerous young engineers present recent scientific findings to the trade public in presentations of their scientific work. The conference was headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. habil. Martin Wolter of the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.

PowerTech is the anchor conference of the IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES) in Europe and provides a forum for researchers and engineers involved in electric power and energy engineering to share ideas and results. In the week of 1.-5.7. Prof. Rebizant presents his lecture "Digital Protection of Power Networks". In this lecture the digital protection of power systems is presented. The lecture is given at Lukasklause and starts on Monday at 12pm.
